- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Customized items (with logo/name printing or special measurements) are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection, directly to your PhonePe or original payment method.

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
- For prepaid orders, refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
