1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Note: Products customized with school logos, name embroidery, or special measurements are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at shatakshiuniforms@gmail.com or +91-9288426592 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or courier process.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  2. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase — including PhonePe, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
  3. Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after product verification.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized or stitched uniforms
  2. Discounted or clearance sale items
  3. Items damaged due to improper handling or use

5. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  2. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment source (PhonePe, UPI, etc.) within 3–5 business days.

6. Payment Gateway Information (PhonePe)

All online transactions on our website are securely processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway.
We do not store or share your payment details. Any refunds processed will automatically reflect in your PhonePe wallet or linked bank account, as per PhonePe’s refund policy and processing timeline.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver products across India via trusted courier partners.
  2. Shipping timelines vary based on your location, typically 5–7 business days.
  3. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
  4. Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, or public holidays) are beyond our control.
